Sheryll is the Founder and Principal Director of the boutique law firm Trinity York Legal. She has over 12 years of experience in both the private and public practice, graduated from QUT Legal Practice in 2008. She completed her undergraduate in Laws and International Relations and completed her Masters in Laws in 2013, focusing on Commercial and Property Law from QUT. She’s a member Golden Key International Honour Society.

 

A former student and Prefect for John Paul College in Daisy Hill, at the young age has always been interested in helping others and serving the community. Sheryll was a Youth Parliamentarian for Springwood in 2004. She interned as a research technician with the International Criminal Tribunal in 2006. Sheryll performed a brief stint with the Department of Foreign Affairs (Philippines) under the Undersecretary of International and Economic Relations in 2007.

 

Starting originally in public practice with the Director of Public Prosecution. She also appeared in Supreme Court, District Magistrates Courts, Federal Circuit Courts, Family Courts and Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunals around Brisbane and Ipswich.

 

Sheryll has always been focused in assisting and aiding the locals. Her busy professional life, juggling managing and practicing in her law firm, does not stop her passion for serving  the community. She’s a remarkable force soldiering on for the good of the Filipino Community in Queensland.
